A significant portion of Mr. Schumacher’s practice is in the area of domestic violence matters throughout the cities and justice courts in Maricopa County. The domestic violence charges involve the offenses of assault, criminal damage, criminal trespass, threatening and intimidating, harassment and interference with a judicial proceeding. Over the past 10 years Mr. Schumacher has obtained a dismissal or an acquittal of over 250 domestic violence cases that were set to trial.

Currently approximately 35% of Mr. Schumacher’s practice is in the area of DUI representation.
